Fresh from the churn
Four batches on the board right now — one pull from each corner of the menu.

Bourbon vanilla churned low and slow, finished with a pinch of sea salt. The scoop that named the street.

Ripe mango sorbet rippled with habanero syrup, buried under candied cornflake crackle. Sweet first, warm later.

Malted chocolate churned thick, slabbed with brownie corners and a slow fudge vein running through the whole batch.

Pressed waffle chips served warm with a steel cup of fudge and cornflake salt on the rim. Built for dipping.

Our story
The building on Union Ave spent decades drawing copper wire. We kept the gantry rail, the brick, and the hum of the machines — then traded wire for kettles and started churning ice cream the way brewers brew: numbered batches, honest ingredients, nothing rushed.
Every tub leaves the line with a chalk number on the lid. This year’s counter started at one.
